American Dance Training Camps (“ADTC”) Stratton, VT

Girls Ages 8 – 17 – You’re invited to spend an action-packed week (or two or more!) with us this summer at American Dance Training Camp’s ULTIMATE Green Mountains dance camp in Stratton, Vermont. Come make new friends and have a blast learning the latest contemporary, jazz and hip hop dance moves from America’s greatest dance choreographers. Boys & Girls Basketball Camp SVC Men’s Basketball presents the 2017 Summer Boys & Girls Basketball Camp to be conducted Monday through Thursday. Discover how our lives are connected to agriculture. Campers become familiar with Hildene’s farm, visit neighboring ones and are introduced to different types of operations. Campers explore goat-raising, cheesemaking, vegetable growing and composting. They try their hand at weeding, picking snacks from the garden, felting fleece into fabric and picking berries for baking. They’ll hear farm stories and create farm-based crafts.

Grafton Ponds Camps, Grafton, VT


If you’re looking for a great kids summer camp, Grafton Ponds offers week-long day camps loaded with exciting outdoor adventure, mountain biking and lots of hands-on learning for ages 5-16 years. The environmental camps promote physical fitness, personal responsibility and teamwork. The camps also emphasize care for the equipment we use, and the land on which we live.

Each camp session will include daily mountain bike rides and a variety of activities which facilitate a lifelong connection with the outdoors by enabling them to engage in multiple facets of the outdoor environment. Activities and skills will be tailored for the specific ages of each camp session. Some of the activities offered may include swimming, orienteering, disc golf, shelter building, trail design & building, search and rescue dog demos, knot tying and bike repair. New this year, we will be partnering with the Grafton Nature Museum for a special program each week!

Our last session of camp will be tailored specifically for campers’ ages 11-16 desiring a strong focus on mountain biking and building their skill set within this sport.

Green Hills Music Camp Manchester, VT

Green Hills Music Camp is a week long music intensive for rising 4th through 8th grade students interested in starting or continuing their music studies.

For new and/or newly interested band students: Students will spend the week studying and playing all available band instruments through a daily “instrument exploratorium, “where students will have the opportunity to put together and produce the first notes of each available instrument. Students will then pick their favorite instrument of the week to perform in an informal concert on the last day of camp.
Returning band students will work with peers through different sectionals and a large group ensemble to review band practices, 1•, techniques, and to render a full ensemble piece, which they will perform on Friday August 26 open to families and friends.
All students will also get an opportunity to study theory and rhythm through African drumming.

The cost for camp is $200.00 which covers expenses, the week’s instrument rentals, band music, a pizza party, T-shirts,and local college-aged musician mentors. Students must bring lunch and snack each day, except for Friday’s pizza party lunch.

Coupled with outdoor activities and team-building/name-games, the week will be jam-packed with music and an opportunity to make new lifelong friends through the act of making music and having fun.

Stratton Mountain School Conditioning Performance Camp Stratton, VT

Camp Focus: Join U.S. Ski Team members for an action packed week of conditioning, games, and adventures on the Stratton Mountain School campus. This camp will capture the many components of training young athletes for not only ski racing but also any athletic strength/speed/power sport. Training will utilize the amazing facilities on the SMS campus, including: the newly renovated strength and conditioning facility, the Air Awareness Center, the yoga studio, the field house and the soccer field.

Stratton Mountain Girls Lacrosse Camp Stratton, VT

This Vermont lacrosse camp has become an end of the summer tradition at Stratton.  The camp balances great lacrosse instruction with some of Vermont’s best traditional sleepaway camp activities.  Campers will go for swims, hikes, and enjoy Bromley Mountain’s summer rides. Bromley Mountain Adventure park includes a climbing wall, a mini golf course, and water slides.

Sumer Camp at Ski Resorts

Mount Snow Resort
Family Camp at Mount Snow offers families an opportunity to unplug and reconnect with fully-customizable, all-inclusive experiences that include a long list of activities, all meals and modern lodging. Families will leave the hustle and bustle of daily life behind, as well as their smartphones, and enjoy all the Green Mountains have to offer.

For kids, Mount Snow offers Outdoor Exploration Camp, which is a day camp that encourages kids to be active and enjoy the outdoors with hiking, biking, swimming and other activities.

Okemo Mountain Resort
Operating six days a week (closed Sundays) in Okemo’s Jackson Gore base area, Camp Gokemo is designed for campers ages 4-13 who are sure to enjoy Vermont summertime fun with daily indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, organized games and sports, swimming and a different general theme each week. Camp Gokemo includes snacks and lunch. Participation is available on a day-by-day basis or multi-day packs may be purchased at a discount. Killington Resort
Summer camps are offered by the town of Killington’s Department of Parks and Recreation, incorporating the best elements of Killington Resort’s Adventure Center and other local outdoor excursions. Based conveniently out of Ramshead Lodge just across from the resort’s epicenter of summer activities, Camp Loads of Fun (ages 4-8) includes daily crafts, swimming, field games and more to keep your little one engaged and enjoying the great outdoors.

Rek & Trek Adventure Camp (ages 9-14) meets at Ramshead Lodge, but three days each week this age group is on the road – hiking, sightseeing, mountain biking, river tubing and visiting some of Vermont’s most kid friendly travel destinations. The two days they stay at Killington Resort will be filled with mountain biking and all of Killington’s new Adventure Center attractions. Stowe Mountain Resort
Stowe Mountain Resort offers a fun and active camp for children ages 3-12. Based out of a brand new $80 million dollar Adventure Center, kids learn climbing, golf, tennis, mountaineering and more. Other activities include tie-dye, arts & crafts, exploring streams & rivers, hiking, swimming, ropes courses, disc golf, soccer and volleyball. Stratton Mountain Resort
Stratton Mountain Adventure Campers enjoy healthy lifestyle activities that focus on art, mountain exploration, sports and swimming. Based at the Stratton Training and Fitness Center, Cliff Drysdale Tennis School offers camps that foster both lifelong friendships and lifelong love of the game. For the young golfer, the Stratton Golf School’s Junior Camp covers all aspects of the game for any ability. Golf campers spend half a day golfing and half with either the Adventure or Tennis camps. Sugarbush Resort
Sugarbush offers summer camps for ages 3-18 from late-June to mid-August. Offerings include special weekly themed camps for children ages 6-12. Themes include adventure, climbing, farm-to-plate, water and outdoor skills. Additionally, golf or tennis camps are available. Lodging packages are available.

Burke Mountain
Whether it’s learning to mountain bike or simply improving downhill skills, Burke Mountain and Northwoods Stewardship Center offer great activities through the Mountain Bike Adventure Camps. Participants gain cross-country and single track riding skills from experienced instructors and participate in tours at the Burke Mountain Downhill Bike Park. Raised Jay Summer camps teach childen to surf, skate, golf, climb, tie-dye, cook, hike, kayak, and embrace the simple, free feeling of being a careless kid in the summer. For kids ages 6 to 12 with multiple sessions throughout the summer.
