Day Kitchen F R E E Demonstrations & Tastings

Come down to the Co-op and watch us cook good food!
Taste the difference! Take home the recipe!

We are going to explore a Masa Harina this month along with the herb Cilantro and the spice Coriander… along with other scrumptious recipes.

Step up your day to day cooking with this wonderful addition. We will be cooking with the above ingredients in the Day Kitchen and at the Friday Basics taste-tastings.

Don’t miss these demos — They will change the way you think when you are in the kitchen!
We try to offer Gluten Free and vegan recipes when possible.

The recipes demonstrated and available to taste, incorporate Vermont’s Harvest of the Month vegetable (when possible) along with special and healthy foods featured at the Co-op during the month from our in-store circular, Co+op Deals, Co+op Basics, the mid-month Fresh Deals Flyer, Co+op Deals coupons and bulk treasures. We also incorporate the featured foods in the Food For Thought; grains, herbs, beans, flours, etc. Other seasonal and local ingredients are used when suitable.
